JIT Repetitive Processing System handles a repetitive (release type)environment. Users can also process traditional work orders incombination with the repetitive environment. This module features FloorStocking, in which users can establish a floor stock inventory locationfor each of its repetitive manufacturing cells. JIT will release floorstock as production is reported based on planned usage plus scrap and anyother reported usage of components.Additional features include Inventory Replenishment, which will checkavailable floor stock inventory against a planned stocking level in eachcell and generate a replenishment listing; and Costing of RepetitiveOperations, in which the JIT software will update the last process costsand related accounting modules produces. These allocations will betailored according to the user's specifications.
